Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers very spacious and well-located rooms that are obviously very clean with well-kept bathrooms. Unfortunately, there are no refrigerators in the rooms, and some extra amenities have been omitted. The service is incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist. The location is ideal, being centrally located near Central Park, 5th Avenue, Times Square, and many restaurants. The dining experience could be improved in terms of quality and price. Overall, a comfortable stay with exceptional service in a prime location.
I was delighted with the renovated suite with Park View; in an ideal location-close to everything but just far enough away from the chaos of Times Square. The rooms were complete with a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, bottled water, and various glassware, making the stay cozy and convenient. However, the dining experience could be much better quality, especially considering the high price tag for soggy croissants and unripe fruit salad. The service, on the other hand, was professional, helpful, and friendly, with the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism of all staff shining through. The location couldn't be better, being one of the best close to Central Park and all major attractions, offering a genuine lounge area to relax. The facilities were good, but it would have been even better with improved dining quality.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious with thoughtful amenities and tasteful decorations but show signs of wear and tear. The service was a mix of willingness to help and friendliness, although there was an encounter with a rude staff member. The location is ideal for exploring New York City, being close to major attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory with classic options. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in the city.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were really spacious and clean, which was fantastic, but they were quite cold and the air conditioning was set by the hotel, making it difficult to warm up the room. Additionally, not having a bathtub was a bit of a letdown after long days of walking around the city. The service, on the other hand, was a bit inconsistent. While the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, there were moments of intrusion even with the DND sign on. The location was superb, right in the heart of Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. However, dining options were limited and overpriced, which was a downside. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, the hotel was quiet, and the location was very convenient. The beautiful rooms had a separate sitting area, huge ensuite, and comfy bed with great amenities. The concierge service was outstanding, and dining at Ramsey's was fantastic, although it felt a bit awkward at times.
I found the hotel to be an absolute gem right in the heart of Manhattan, offering the perfect escape close to major attractions. The rooms were not only spacious and lovely but also provided a stunning view of Central Park, surrounded by iconic buildings and rooftops below. While the dining experience was a bit pricey for what was offered, the hotel made up for it with exceptional service and an unbeatable location.
